Each visit includes a full exterior wash and wax sealant, spotless wheels and tires, detailed interior vacuuming and wipe-down, streak-free windows, and a subtle fresh scent. Cancellation Policy
Overview By subscribing to a Golden Eagle Monthly Detailing Plan, you agree to receive recurring vehicle detailing services on the selected schedule (monthly, biweekly, or weekly) and be billed automatically on a recurring basis via the payment method you provide. 1. Subscription Billing Your card will be charged automatically every 30 days from the date of purchase. Billing is recurring unless canceled in advance (see below). Prices are listed per vehicle. Subscription is tied to a specific vehicle and cannot be transferred without approval. 2. Scheduling Service Subscribers receive 1 service credit per billing cycle (monthly, biweekly, or weekly, depending on the plan). The subscriber is responsible for scheduling each detailed appointment using our booking system. If you do not schedule your detail in a given cycle, the credit does not roll over unless prior arrangements are made. 3. Cancellations & Changes You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancel at least 48 hours before your next billing date. No refunds will be issued for partially used billing cycles. 4. Pauses & Rescheduling Need to pause for travel or repairs? Just let us know! We allow one pause per 6-month period for up to 30 days. Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. 5. Weather Policy In case of bad weather, we will contact you to reschedule. You will not lose your credit for weather-related delays. 6. Add-On Services Add-ons such as pet hair removal, headlight restoration, or clay bar treatment can be added at the time of booking for an additional fee. 7. Vehicle Condition Subscription pricing assumes vehicles are in maintained condition. Severely soiled vehicles (excess mud, pet hair, mold, etc.) may require a one-time deep clean fee before continuing with your regular plan.
